Matchplay style tournament played over the summer
- Matchplay must be played over 18 holes
- The draw is random. No seeding
- Handicap Index rounded to the nearest whole number (with .5 rounded upwards) must be used to determine the stroke differential between players
- For matchplay with a player playing from the senior tees (Senior Player), the Playing Handicap (the one effective on the course played) must be used instead of the
Handicap Index to determine the stroke differential between players
- A player can't have more than 1 stroke advantage per hole
- Players agree between themselves which course to play
- Each player pays their own green fees
- Each round should be played over about 3-4 weeks
- Scorecards MUST be submitted (montrealmulligans@gmail.com or captain's WhatsApp account)
- $20 entry fee per man - paid in advance via Interac
- The prize fund will be split between 1st, 2nd, 3rd places
- In case of a tie, the player with the most net albatos wins, if still a tie, the player with the most net eagles wins, if still a tie, the player with the most net birdies wins, etc...
- For player with the lowest handicap, hole net score = hole gross score
- For player with the highest handicap, hole net score = hole gross score minus stoke differential if any
- If no winner can be determined by the above rule, winner is determined by a re-match or a rock-paper-scissors competition (at players discretion)
