Player Handicap Index is calculated based on past Mulligan’s outing scores (2019 & up). See below for details....

Rules of Handicapping

• Player Handicap Index is calculated based on past Mulligan’s outing scores (2019 & up)
• Player Handicap Index is updated after each outing & published on the website in a timely manner
• Player Handicap Index is based on World Handicap System with the following deviations to account for limited number of scores per year
o Latest 10 scores are considered instead of latest 20 scores
o Maximum Handicap Index is 36 instead of 54
• Handicap Index is calculated as follow where:
o Score Differential = (113 / Course Slope) x (Adjusted Gross Score – Course Rating)
o Adjusted Gross Score = Max score for each hole is limited to a Net Double Bogey
o Net Double Bogey = 2 strokes + handicap stroke(s) that the player receives on that hole

• Handicap index for players with less than 3 scores is determined by the Handicap Committee
• Based on any additional evidence available about a player’s demonstrated ability, the Handicap Committee may modify a player’s Handicap Index upward or downward
For Mulligan’s outings, players handicap is calculated as follow based on course Slope, Rating & Par. Handicap is rounded to the nearest whole number, with .5 rounded upwards.

For Match-Up competition, Handicap Index rounded to the nearest whole number (with .5 rounded upwards) must be used to determine the stroke differential between players
